Nintendo 3DS Central! Goes online TOMORROW MORNING!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a domain for 10 years, but still need to get web hosting and start building the forum... And this cannot be done earlier than November 16! (OR CAN IT!!??)

So for now, this is the future link to the forum:

My plans:
Purchase web hosting plan on November 16 (May actually be this month!! But we'll see...)
Install the forum software and configure everything and make it publically available

Here is a timeline of events following up to the creation of the new forum starting at earliest on November 16 (Possibly even earlier, like this month! I hope...):

August 7, 2019: nintendo3dscentral.com is registered for 10 years
...
Future: From September to November 16: Web host plan gets purchased, forum gets installed and configured and becomes publically available!
Future: December 2(?): Nintendo DS Central's 7 year anniversary!

By the way, when the new forum goes up, this forum will still be supported!
Also the image gallery will be enabled here by that time too!

AWESOME NEWS!!!! Everything worked out and I will be able to purchase hosting in about a week!!!!!!!!!!!!

New forum is uploaded! In the morning it will be installed!!!!

Here is a list of some of the changes and features you can expect to see on the new forum! Since I own the domain, am paying for the hosting, and have access to the database, you can expect LOADS of new features that forumotion could never hope to deliver! I have been testing and playing with MANY of these features on my test forum, so it's looking pretty promising!  

Changes:
1. You will need to have 200 posts in order to post in Forum Games, the Spam forum, and the Advertising forum now! (see below for more details)

2. Registration: Those who are newly registered at the forums will need to have 200 posts to become full members (which will then allow you to post in the aforementioned forums!), however! Those who have registered here prior to November 16, 2019 will automatically become full members! Post a link to your Nintendo DS Central profile in your introduction thread, or just PM me (new members can use the Private Message system), and I will make you a full member!

3. Not all forums here will be migrated to new board at first, but if you want a forum from here added to the new board, I'd be more than happy to add it! Some forums sadly won't make it to the new board at all, but if you ask for it, I can add it!

4. Rules will be heavily revised and updated, look much neater, and be easier to read (Have you read the rules here!? They are a mess and are hopelessly out of date!)! With Nintendo 3DS Central being much higher in quality and having much better management, some of the rules here will be rendered moot, and will be repealed there!

5. There are virtually no limits to certain functions or features! (limits are either disabled or set to their highest value) Examples being no limit to the amount if characters in a single post, no flood limit (No need to wait between posts! Make as many 1 character posts every second in the spam forum as you can!), etc.!

Features and improvements:

1. Custom forum language pack: Because the original was WAAAAAAAAAY too boring!

2. I can install new language packs! Request a language pack, and I can add it!

3. Board styles! I can add new "actual" board styles! If you have any styles you want me to add, or if you even made your own style, let me know and I can add it!

4. More storage!!! This means ATTACHMENTS BABY!!!

5. More text formatting! Details coming soon (or never)!

6. EXTENTIONS!!!!! Now I can add more features to the forum!! If you have any extensions you would like to see installed to the forums, let me know! I will have to test them on my test forum first to make sure they don't break anything, or to make sure they actually work!

6A. This is the extension I am looking forward the most: Ultimate Points!!! A point system!! YAY!!! It will include a bank for depositing and withdrawing points, a lottery for winning even more points from a progressive jackpot pool, and robberies, so you can try (and most likely fail) to rob another member of their hard earned points! So far, they won't serve much of a purpose for the time being (who wants to pay to post anyway?), but if you saw some of the record forums, there are some (pretty hefty) rewards for getting certain records, which will make use of this point system!

6B. mChat! A shout box! There is already one here, but the link on the index is hard to see, but this one will be shown at all times!

6C. YouTube Gallery! Post links to your favorite videos, or of your own videos!

6D. More statistics! See how many times a single member read your posts, or visited your profile (As well as total profile views), or how long you have been a part of Nintendo 3DS Central!

6E. Thank posts! You can thank posts normally! It doesn't have to be you own topic, nor is it limited to one post per topic, and you can remove your thanks as well (LIKE YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO!)

6F. Ratings! I don't know how they work, but there you go!

7. Possible feature: More fonts! I haven't successfully been able to add a new font yet, but I will figure it out! Make font requests! (Please make sure fonts you request are public domain, open source, in creative comments! No commercial font requests please! I don't know how that works!)

8. BBCodes! I can add custom BBCodes! Got any BBCodes you want me to add to the forum? Let me know!

This is just a small handful of features the new forum will offer! I hope that when it finally goes up (curse Nintendo for forcing me to save up for a second switch because Pokémon Sword & Shield is coming out... I hope you're happy Nintendo! ) that it will be a very fun and enjoyable experience that will have you keep you coming back for more posts! We will have a great time! I hope to see you there! The domain I registered is valid for 10 YEARS!!! WOW!!!
